Jimani used a 50 watt fiber laser marking sytem to deep engrave this mold for mil spec electrical connectors. The molds are made of stainless steel. Rubber is poured into the mold and when product is removed the rubber connector grommet has holes for connector pins and raised numbers to identify pin number during assembly.
Parts were engraved with a Jimani Langolier with 50 watt fiber laser and 254 mm lens. Parts were bead blasted after engraving to remove any build up on edges of numbers.
